Quitline Referrals

There are a variety of ways people ages 13 and older can be referred to the Texas Tobacco Quitline.

Self-Referral and Enrollment

Anyone ages 13 and older can self-refer and enroll:

• Online.
• By phone at 1-877-YES-QUIT (877-937-7848).

Healthcare Provider Referral

A healthcare provider can refer their patients to Texas Tobacco Quitline via:

• Paper fax form.
• Texas Quitline App available in Apple and Google Play stores.
• Online Referral Portal.
• Electronic health record systems. This applies to eTobacco Protocol integrated electronic health record systems.
